Tim has extensive experience in leadership development and scaling businesses across a broad spectrum of industries. His expertise in management consulting is highlighted by roles such as Partner-in-Charge at Grant Thornton, Managing Director at The Hackett Group where he led their Answerthink business unit, and SVP at Hitachi Consulting where he was a member of the firm’s Operating Committee. As an entrepreneur, he acquired his first multi-million-dollar business at age 24 and has since founded several startups, including MyBizWorld, iHs, BBE Group, and Luminosity Capital.

Today, Tim serves as Chairman of the Board of Managers at Sypnios, KMG Propel, and Agora Partners Holdings. He is also a Board Member of Bosko Partners, Solutions Now, and Luminosity Capital, and serves as President and sole Manager of BBE Group. As a Venture Partner, he coaches CEOs on leadership development, strategic growth, and creating flourishing businesses that have enduring impact.

At the heart of Tim’s leadership philosophy is a deep belief in stewardship and entrustment — viewing businesses, leadership roles, and investments not as possessions to be claimed, but as opportunities to wisely cultivate, multiply, and deploy resources for the good of others and the glory of God. He is committed to building organizations that create lasting value, empower others to flourish, and contribute meaningfully to the greater good across generations.

Tim holds a BA in Economics and Political Science from Colgate University, following his education at Pine Crest Preparatory School.

Danny Johnson has a unique blend of ministry and business experience. Serving Pastor Rick Warren at Saddleback Church put Danny at the intersection of ministry leaders, executives, and government officials coming together to accomplish shared visions. Danny went on to serve as the Chief of Staff of Cappital, a lower-middle market custom software development company, and currently serves as a managing partner at Luminosity Capital, a sponsor of private equity real estate funds. Danny attended Trinity International University where he played football and earned his bachelors degree in Business Management.

Jon Mrowiec boasts over 35 years in finance, with expertise in options trading, asset/risk management, and financial planning. His career includes being a derivatives trader at the Chicago Mercantile Exchange and managing money for families, working at Morgan Stanley and smaller investment firms. Besides finance, Jon served as a fighter pilot in the U.S. Air Force and Michigan Air National Guard for ten years. He is a dedicated learner, holding a bachelor’s in marketing from Millikin University, master’s degrees in Finance and Accounting from Northern Illinois University and University of Illinois – UC respectively, an MBA from University of Illinois – UC, and a CPA license.

Emmanuel Bellon is a seasoned strategist and leadership development expert with over 35 years of global experience. As President of Bosko Partners, he equips leaders and organizations to drive sustainable impact across sectors. He previously served as Vice President of Scholar Leaders and led a university consortium as president. Dr. Bellon has guided strategic planning and sustainability initiatives for over 50 higher education institutions in 28 countries across Latin America, the Middle East, Eastern and Central Europe, Africa, and Asia. His board service and cross-cultural expertise position as a trusted advisor in global leadership circles. He holds BSc. Business Administration and Management (Hons.), from Daystar University, an MDiv., from International Leadership University, MA in Intercultural Studies and a Ph.D. in Intercultural Leadership from Fuller Theological Seminary.

Daniel Boyce serves as President of Luminosity Capital, LLC, where he leads a team focused on strategic commercial real estate investments across Florida. In addition, he is a top-performing producer with the region’s largest real estate brokerage, known for building strong client relationships and delivering results through mentoring leaders on his team. In 2007, was called to start Bosko Partners, a community of fellow servant’s strengthening the Church for joyfully service to society. Dan brings a wealth of leadership experience from previous executive roles including CEO, CIO, and CMO at companies such as Anixter, Berlin Packaging, and Grant Thornton. His background includes innovation and thought leadership in technology and strategy, launching ventures, advising business and non-profit leaders globally, and navigating complex finance and M&A transactions, he loves collaborating to create together and earned a marketing degree from the University of Florida and later pursued graduate studies in Cultural Hermeneutics & Theology at Trinity International University, reflecting his calling to collaborative and purpose-driven work to create deeply rooted transformation in culture.

Jon Pendergrass is a lifelong champion of next-generation leadership, with a career defined by equipping emerging leaders to serve their communities with purpose and integrity. A native of North Texas, Jon launched his professional journey at Boeing Aerospace before founding two faith-based nonprofit organizations that mobilized thousands of young adults across Texas and the U.S. to become spiritually grounded, community-driven leaders.

Driven by a deep passion for mentorship and education, Jon transitioned into higher education to more intentionally invest in the development of college students. At Dallas Baptist University, he served as Director of the Center for Mentoring and the Center for Career and Professional Development. His leadership helped forge hundreds of partnerships with businesses and churches, providing students with mentorship and career pathways. He helped students grow intellectually, professionally, and spiritually through strategic programming and personalized guidance. Jon’s passion for building leaders is rooted in both corporate experience and a deep calling to invest in people.

He holds a BBA in Management from Texas Tech University and an MBA in Marketing from Dallas Baptist University. Jon lives in North Texas with his wife, Courtney, and their son, Worth.

As the Executive Assistant at Sypnios, Holly supports Tim Boyce—Chairman of the Board and company co-founder. She manages everything from scheduling and email correspondence to a wide range of responsibilities that keep executive operations running seamlessly. Known for her ability to bring order to chaos, Holly thrives in the fast-paced, ever-changing demands of executive support. She genuinely loves this line of work and takes pride in helping others stay focused, prepared, and effective.

Outside the office, Holly enjoys spending time with her husband and five children, drinking coffee, and being outside—especially when the sun is shining.

Miles has rigorous accounting and finance experience across a diverse set of industries and companies, developed through his work as a financial auditor for Deloitte. At his last role inside Deloitte, he served FinTech and SaaS clients as part of the Blockchain & Digital Asset Group, where he provided audit and consulting services to start-ups as well as public companies in the nascent blockchain and digital asset industry. Miles now works as a Teaching Fellow for Harvard Business School, in the Accounting and Management unit. Miles earned bachelor’s degrees in Accounting and Computer Science from the College of the Ozarks with high honors and is a licensed CPA. Miles resides in Cambridge, Massachusetts, and enjoys running, skiing, and generally any other activity that takes him outside to enjoy beautiful New England.

Dr. Morgan is the Founder and President of People Prosper International (PPI) – an organization that teaches economic empowerment. He is the author of The Spirit of Creation, and he holds a Ph.D. in Organizational Leadership with a research focus on Strategy, Structure, and Management Practices.

Dave McCalley has two decades of leadership experience at asset manager American Century Investments where he was the lead executive for the Digital team, Call Centers, Investor Centers and Client Communications. He spent seven years as CEO of N-Vu a startup serving professional photographers and most recently President of Capital, a custom software development company. In addition to his vocational work, Dave is active in several areas of ministry. He is enrolled at Talbot Theological Seminary, where he is pursuing an MA in Christian Apologetics. He also holds a BGS in music, finance and communication arts from the University of Missouri and a MS Ed in exercise physiology and biomechanics from the University of Kansas.

As Director of Client and Investor Relationships at Sypnios Growth Capital, he combines deep relational intelligence with a strong track record in sales leadership and private equity to build networks where every stakeholder thrives.

Cory’s professional journey includes building, acquiring, exiting, and consulting across multiple businesses—experiences that have shaped his ability to identify growth potential, accelerate value creation, and cultivate a culture of excellence across diverse markets. He is known for his ability to elevate every venture he touches beyond its starting point, ensuring that people, capital, and ideas are positioned for long-term success.

Cory leads the firm’s client and investor engagement strategy with a relational-first philosophy—anchoring trust, transparency, and strategic alignment at every stage of the investor journey.

Grace recently joined the team as Executive Assistant to Daniel Boyce, providing dedicated support across his varied professional endeavors. Grace manages email communication, calendar scheduling, and task organization, ensuring seamless operations across Dan’s diverse portfolio of companies. A recent graduate of Liberty University, Grace brings a fresh perspective, strong organizational skills, and a proactive mindset to her role.

Outside of work, Grace enjoys spending time with her husband and family, catching up on episodes of Survivor, and trying out new recipes.

Justin Smith, loves and serves Jesus.  He is a devoted husband and father to 5 children.  He has a passion for excellence and wants to use his business experience, his love for people and strength of collaboration to build excellence through personalized, relational leadership.

Prior to Sypnios, Justin has been consulting for Private Equity and Family Office portfolio companies under a consulting group he formed called Ebenezer Consulting.  This formation resulted from the successful exit of a company he founded.  Justin was a co-founder of Original Texas Group, a holding company specializing in the start-up, operations, and strategic scaling of service businesses.  As a founder of Original Texas Group, Justin funded and started 4 businesses including RedAway, a national medical waste solutions business, that grew to 28 employees, offering 100s of services covering 38 states.  RedAway successfully exited to a Private Equity backed, roll-up in Q1 2023, for a substantial return.  Justin assumed the role of M&A lead for this, and all buy and sell side transactions.

Prior to starting Original Texas Group and RedAway, Justin was the Market Chief Executive Officer over the Dallas market for all post-acute services with Kindred Healthcare.  Justin is an experienced board member and loves to mentor other entrepreneurs and serve through his church.   He is the co-founder and president emeritus for the Myhre Syndrome Foundation, a worldwide Patient Advocacy Organization for families suffering with a rare genetic disorder.  This is a journey his family is blessed to experience alongside one of their children living with the disease.
